Perfectly located in Newquay, with the world famous Fistral Beach on one side, the lovely Gannel river on the other.
Fistral Beach is the hub of the Newquay surf scene, with its recently re-developed facilities on the beach, there is fun for everyone. Rare Break is perfectly located. Only a five minute stroll to the fabulous Fistral beach and about ten minutes walk into the vibrant town centre.
During the high season parking at Fistral beach can be difficult, which makes Rare Break perfect. Just a 5 minutes walk and you are there.
A lovely modern Cornish cottage, off road private parking, good sized private and gated rear garden.
Bedroom one has a double bed, fitted wardrobe. Draws and TV Bedroom two has a double bed and set of draws. Bedroom three has bunks and a set of draws. Master bathroom upstairs, and guest toilet and sink downstairs.
Parking for one car. A private fenced rear garden with nice patio area. Rare Break does not allow pets.
